【摘要】：正1病历摘要患者女,38岁。因发现左额顶部脱发半年余于2011年3月25日至我科就诊,患者于半年前无明显诱因左侧额顶部头皮出现数个米粒大丘疹,无明显不适,患者未诊治,后皮疹逐渐形成斑块,伴局限性脱发。患者既往体健,否认家族中有类似病史。体格检查:系统检查无特殊。皮肤科检查:头皮可见数个大小不等的紫红色丘疹及
