枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及对T细胞亚群的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨口服枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效以及对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:治疗组应用枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗,对照组应用枸地氯雷他定片治疗,两组患者均口服药物,连用4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应及治疗前后症状积分、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.48%,对照组为84.13%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后6个月随访,治疗组复发率为14.29%,对照组为64.29%,差异有显著性(P0.01)。治疗后治疗组与对照组相比,CD4+升高,CD8+降低,CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),临床症状积分均较治疗前明显下降(P0.05)。结论:慢性荨麻疹患者存在外周T细胞亚群紊乱。应用枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状及体征,安全性较好,作用机制可能与纠正患者外周血T细胞亚群功能紊乱有关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the efficacy of oral Lycidium loratadine tablets combined with pidomod dispersible tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods: the treatment group was treated with Lycidium loratadine tablets combined with pidomod dispersible tablets, while the control group was treated with Lycidium loratadine tablets. Both groups were treated with oral medicine for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, symptom score and changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes subsets were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate was 90. 48% in the treatment group and 84. 13% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The recurrence rate was 14.29% in the treatment group and 64.29% in the control group (P 0.01). After treatment, compared with the control group, CD4 increased, CD8 decreased, CD4 / CD8 ratio significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that before treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: there is disorder of peripheral T cell subsets in patients with chronic urticaria. The treatment of chronic urticaria with Lycidium loratadine tablets combined with pidomod dispersible tablets is effective, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients, and the safety is good. The mechanism may be related to correcting the dysfunction of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients.
