逆向性痤疮的命名、发病机制及病因学研究进展

【摘要】：逆向性痤疮又名化脓性汗腺炎,常与聚合性痤疮、脓肿性穿凿性头部毛囊周围炎合并发生,国内常以"毛囊闭锁三联征"报道该病。该病命名混乱,给读者造成了一定困难。本文综述不同阶段人们对该病认识的改变及其命名的变化。此外,近年来逆向性痤疮的遗传学研究取得了重大突破,本文同时探讨逆向性痤疮可能的发病机制,并对该病的病因学研究进展进行综述,希望将来可以从基因水平上对该病做出预防和治疗,解除患者病痛。
[Abstract]:Reverse acne, also known as suppurative sweat inflammation, is often associated with aggregated acne and purulent drilled hair follicular periarthritis of the head. The disease is often reported as "hair follicles atresia triple sign" in China. The chaotic naming of the disease has caused some difficulties to readers. This paper reviews the changes in people's understanding of the disease and its nomenclature at different stages. In addition, in recent years, great breakthroughs have been made in the genetic research of reverse acne. This paper also discusses the possible pathogenesis of reverse acne, and summarizes the etiological research progress of the disease. It is hoped that prevention and treatment of the disease can be made at the genetic level in the future to relieve the pain of the patients.
