少突胶质细胞瘤中FABP5的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】:目的探讨脂肪酸结合蛋白5(fatty acid-binding protein 5,FABP5)在少突胶质细胞瘤中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化En Vision两步法检测87例人脑少突胶质细胞瘤以及23例肿瘤旁脑组织中FABP5及Ki-67的表达。分析FABP5在少突胶质细胞瘤中的表达与Ki-67、临床病理参数以及预后的关系。结果 (1)FABP5在少突胶质细胞瘤中高表达率为63.2%(55/87),显著高于肿瘤旁脑组织(34.8%,8/23)(P0.05);(2)FABP5在少突胶质细胞瘤中的表达与组织学分级(P=0.018,rs=0.254)、Ki-67表达呈正相关(P=0.003,rs=0.318);(3)单因素生存分析显示,FABP5蛋白、Ki-67、化疗、年龄与少突胶质细胞瘤患者预后相关(P0.05)。结论 FABP5可能在少突胶质细胞瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,有望成为判断少突胶质细胞瘤患者疾病进展及预后的生物学指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate fatty acid binding protein 5 fatty acid-binding protein 5. FABP5). In oligodendrocytoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical en was used. The expression of FABP5 and Ki-67 in 87 cases of oligodendrocytoma and 23 cases of paraneoplastic brain tissue were detected by Vision two-step method. The expression of FABP5 in oligodendrocytoma was analyzed. Ki-67. Results the high expression rate of FABP5 in oligodendrocytoma was 63.255 / 87, which was significantly higher than that in paratumor brain tissue (34.8%). 8 / 23 P0.05; The expression of FABP5 in oligodendrocytoma was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67 in the histologic grade (P0. 018 ~ 0. 254) of oligodendrocytoma. The expression of FABP5 in oligodendrocytoma was positively correlated with the expression of Ki-67. RSM 0.318; Univariate survival analysis showed FABP5 protein Ki-67, chemotherapy. Age is associated with prognosis of oligodendrocytoma. Conclusion FABP5 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of oligodendrocytoma. It is expected to be a biological index to judge the disease progression and prognosis in oligodendrocytoma patients.
