成人癫痫患者社会功能缺陷的特点及其影响因素

【摘要】：目的探讨成人癫痫患者社会功能缺陷的特点及其影响因素。方法对79例成人癫痫患者(癫痫组)和54名性别、年龄、学历、工作匹配的正常成人(对照组)进行社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分。比较两组人群之间的差异。应用多元逐步回归分析影响SDSS评分的因素。结果癫痫组SDSS评分明显高于对照组(P0.05),且其中婚姻职能、社会性退缩、家庭外的社会活动、家庭职能、个人生活自理、对外界的兴趣和关心、责任心和计划性各项得分均显著高于对照组(均P0.05)。在单因素分析中,学历、工作、发病年龄、病程、发作频率、发作类型均为SDSS评分的影响因素(均P0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,工作、发作频率、发作类型分别为SDSS评分的重要影响因素(均P0.05)。结论成人癫痫患者的社会功能存在缺陷,受工作、发作频率、发作类型的显著影响,应当引起关注。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics and influencing factors of social dysfunction in adult epileptic patients. Methods 79 adult epileptic patients (epilepsy group) and 54 adult epileptic patients were enrolled in this study. Job matched normal adults (control group) were evaluated with SDSS). Multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing SDSS score. Results the SDSS score of epilepsy group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). And among them, marriage function, social withdrawal, social activities outside the family, family functions, personal life self-care, interest and concern for the outside world. The scores of responsibility and planning were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P 0.05). In univariate analysis, educational background, work, age of onset, course of disease, frequency of attack were significantly higher than those in control group. The type of attack was the influencing factor of SDSS score (all P 0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that work, attack frequency and attack type were the important influencing factors of SDSS score (all P0.050.Conclusion Adult epileptic patients have social function defects and work. The significant influence of frequency and type of attack should be paid attention to.
