强力定眩片联合敏使朗治疗老年性眩晕疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察强力定眩片联合敏使朗治疗老年眩晕的临床疗效。方法将80例老年眩晕患者采用随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取西比灵治疗,观察组采用强力定眩片联合敏使朗治疗,比较2组临床疗效、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率95.0%,显著高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P0.05)。结论强力定眩片联合敏使朗治疗老年眩晕疗效明确,无明显不良反应。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Dingxuan tablet combined with Minzhenlong in the treatment of senile vertigo. Methods 80 patients with senile vertigo were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. There were 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sibelium, and the observation group was treated with Dingxuan tablet combined with Minzhenlong. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%. It was significantly higher than that of control group (80.0%). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion the curative effect of Dingxuan tablet combined with Minmin on senile vertigo is clear. There was no obvious adverse reaction.
