成年人癫痫与骨代谢的关系研究

【摘要】：目的探讨成年人癫痫与骨代谢的关系。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月东莞市第三人民医院神经内科收治的癫痫患者30例,为病例组;另选取同期在本院接受体检的健康成年人30例,为对照组。检测并比较两组的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(OC)、钙离子、磷离子、镁离子、25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平。结果病例组血清ALP、OC、钙离子、镁离子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组血清磷离子、25-(OH)D、PTH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论成年癫痫患者存在骨代谢异常情况,临床中应针对癫痫患者的骨代谢异常情况采取防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between epilepsy and bone metabolism in adults. Methods Thirty epileptic patients admitted to Department of Neurology, third people's Hospital of Dongguan City from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the case group. In addition, 30 healthy adults who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group. Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), osteocalcin (BGP), calcium ion, phosphorus ion were detected and compared between the two groups. Results the levels of serum ALP OC, Ca 2 + and mg 2 + in the case group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion there is abnormal bone metabolism in adult epileptic patients.
