【摘要】：正病例资料患者,女,39岁,急性髓系白血病骨髓移植后5月余,咳嗽头痛1周,神志不清2天。患者5个月前骨髓移植,移植后持续血CMV-DNA(+),服用更昔洛韦、赛美维、磷钾酸钠后降至正常。患者1周前咳嗽、头痛,查血CMV-DNA(+),低热伴有乏力,视力下降,抗感染治疗后咳嗽好转;2天前因神志不清、抽搐入住我院。查体:嗜睡,呼之有反应,对答部分切题,定向力不完整,轻度水平眼震,左下肢肌力5级,
