【摘要】：眩晕发病率高,是神经科常见症状,孤立性眩晕常见于非中枢性眩晕,而急性脑血管病特别是后循环缺血也可表现为孤立性眩晕。本文就其病因及相关危险因素进行概述,以期能准确地识别区分眩晕患者的中枢性和外周性的损害,避免病情加重及恶性后果的发生并及时获得有效治疗,是我们临床医师诊治时的首要问题。
[Abstract]:The incidence of vertigo is high, it is a common symptom in neurology, isolated vertigo is common in non-central vertigo, and acute cerebrovascular disease, especially posterior circulation ischemia, can also be presented as isolated vertigo. In order to distinguish the central and peripheral lesions of vertigo patients accurately, to avoid the exacerbation of the disease and the occurrence of malignant consequences and to get effective treatment in time, it is the primary problem for our clinicians to treat and treat them.
