未治疗帕金森病患者膀胱过度活动症与运动症状的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨未治疗帕金森病(PD)患者膀胱过度活动症(OAB)与运动症状的相关性。方法对47例未治疗PD患者(PD组)与46名健康志愿者(对照组)进行OAB自我评价量表(OABSS)评分和统一PD评定量表Ⅲ(UPDRSⅢ)评分。采用Spearman's相关分析法进行相关因素分析。结果 PD组OAB发生率(53.2%)明显高于对照组(17.4%)(χ~2=19.65,P0.05)。PD患者OABSS评分与UPDRSⅢ评分(r=0.37,P=0.03)及少动-强直评分(r=0.51,P=0.01)呈正相关。结论未治疗PD患者OAB与运动症状密切相关,尤其是少动-强直症状。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between bladder hyperactivity and motor symptoms in patients with untreated Parkinson's disease (PD).
