【摘要】：正随着生活水平逐渐提高、人口老龄化,心脑血管疾病的发病率逐年增高,因疾病需要,抗血栓药物的应用越来越广泛。较常使用的口服抗血栓药物主要有抗血小板类及抗凝类药物,前者以阿司匹林、氯吡格雷为代表,后者以华法林为代表。口服抗血栓药物后可能有增加出血的风险,以颅内出血最为严重[1]。口服抗血栓药物相关性脑出血(oral antithrombotic drugs related to cerebral hemorrhage,OAT-ICH)较单
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of living standards and the aging of the population, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is increasing year by year. The use of antithrombotic drugs is becoming more and more extensive. The more commonly used oral antithrombotic drugs are mainly antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs, the former is represented by aspirin and clopidogrel. The latter is represented by warfarin. The risk of hemorrhage may be increased after oral administration of antithrombotic drugs, especially intracranial hemorrhage. Oral antithrombotic antithrombotic drugs related to cerebral hemorrhage OAT-ICH is more simple.
