【摘要】:目的:通过对脑胶质瘤患者进行动态对比增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)获得容积转运参数(Ktrans)与血管外细胞外间隙容积比(Ve),探讨DCE-MRI定量评估胶质瘤不成熟微血管密度的价值。方法:研究对象包括66例脑胶质瘤患者,其中Ⅱ级27例,Ⅲ级8例,Ⅳ级31例。每名脑胶质瘤患者术前经过DCE-MRI检查获得胶质瘤的Ktrans与Ve的最大值,术后胶质瘤标本进行免疫组织化学测量CD105阳性标记的微血管密度(CD105-MVD)的最大值。应用Mann-Whitney U检验比较不同级别胶质瘤Ktrans值、Ve值、CD105-MVD的差异,应用Pearman相关系数分析胶质瘤Ktrans值、Ve值与CD105-MVD的相关性。结果:低级别胶质瘤的Ktrans值、Ve值、CD105-MVD均小于高级别胶质瘤(P0.001,P0.001,P0.001)。高级别胶质瘤的Ktrans值、Ve值均与CD105-MVD正相关(P0.001,P0.001)。结论:DCE-MRI可以定量评估脑胶质瘤不成熟微血管密度。
