【摘要】:目的探析C-反应蛋白、血糖和白细胞联合Hemphill评分表用于脑出血患者预后的评估价值。方法随机选择我院在2014年1月至2015年9月诊治的100例原发性脑出血患者,收集患者的一般资料、血肿位置、手术治疗与否、脑室出血、30d死亡率以及GCS等。结果随着Hemphill评分的增加,GCS评分反而降低,存在负相关性(P0.05)。随着Hemphill评分的增加,IVH(脑室出血)发生率增加,存在正相关性(P0.05)。患者的死亡率与Hemphill评分存在正相关关系,分数越高,死亡率就越高。100例患者中,17例患者死亡,死亡率为17%。死亡患者的CRP、WBC以及血糖浓度均与未死亡患者存在较大差异性(P0.05)。结论 C-反应蛋白、血糖和白细胞联合Hemphill评分表用于脑出血患者预后的评估价值较为良好,能够准确判断患者的脑出血病情,保证患者得到有效治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the prognostic value of C-reactive protein, blood glucose and leukocyte combined with Hemphill scale in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with primary intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected from January 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital. The general data of the patients, the location of hematoma, the operative treatment or not, the mortality of ventricular hemorrhage for 30 days and the GCS were collected. Results with the increase of Hemphill score, the GCS score decreased. With the increase of the Hemphill score, there was a positive correlation between the mortality rate and the Hemphill score. The higher the score, the higher the mortality rate. The mortality rate was 17. There were significant differences in CRP WBC and blood glucose concentration between the dead patients and the non-dead patients. Conclusion C- reactive protein, blood glucose and white blood cell combined with Hemphill scale are better in evaluating the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. It can accurately judge the patient's condition of intracerebral hemorrhage and ensure that the patient gets effective treatment.
