帕金森病患者的体质量变化及其相关因素分析

【摘要】：目的:研究帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者体质量变化及相关影响因素。方法:自2015年1月至2015年10月,选取江苏省人民医院PD专病门诊共122名PD患者应用体质量测量仪、统一帕金森病评分量表(unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale,UPDRS)、Hoehn-Yahr分级(H-Y分级)、PD生活质量问卷调查(Parkinson’s disease questionnaire,PDQ-39)以及PD非运动症状评估量表(non-motor symptoms score,NMSS),评估PD患者体质量变化及相关影响因素,以同时期门诊健康体检人员共100例作为对照,对研究数据采取独立样本的t检验及多元线性回归分析。结果:PD患者人体质指数(body mass index,BMI)较正常人群有明显的下降(t=3.999,P=0.000),且以脂肪量丢失为主;女性PD患者出现体质量丢失的风险更高;H-Y分级≥2.5的PD患者体质量下降更加明显。结论:PD病人的BMI较健康对照人群有明显的下降,女性PD患者有更高的风险出现体质量丢失;PD患者中H-Y分级≥2.5的人群更易出现体质量丢失。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes of body mass and related factors in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods: from January 2015 to October 2015, 122 PD patients were selected from people's Hospital of Jiangsu Province. The unified Parkinson's disease rating scale was used to evaluate the changes of body mass and related factors in PD patients. The PD quality of life questionnaire was used to investigate the quality of life of PD patients. The PD non-motor symptoms score scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of PD patients, and to evaluate the related factors, and to evaluate the quality of life of patients with PD by using the scale of Parkinsonson-Yahr scale (HYahr scale) and the non-motor symptoms score scale (non-motor symptoms score scale). A total of 100 outpatient health examiners in the same period were used as control. T test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data of the study. Results body mass index (BMI) of patients with 1% PD was significantly lower than that of normal subjects (P < 0. 000), and the loss of fat was the main factor.
