脑血疏对大鼠脑出血的行为学及凝血功能的影响

【摘要】:目的研究脑血疏对大鼠脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)的行为学及凝血功能的影响。方法 21只大鼠通过注射Ⅳ型胶原酶建立ICH模型,采用数字表法随机分为:对照组、A组和B组,A、B组分别给予高浓度和低浓度脑血疏,神经功能评分采用Longa评分法、前肢踩空试验和12分评分法3种方法分别在脑出血后24、48、72 h进行神经功能评分和称体质量,72 h后采血进行凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fib)、凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、国际标准化比值(International Normalized Ratio,INR)检测。结果体质量比较显示:A组和B组的24 h与72 h体质量比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),B组和对照组的72 h体质量比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);Longa评分结果显示:B组的24、48和72 h Longa评分差异有统计学意义(P0.05);凝血四项指标结果显示:B组和对照组的PT差异有统计学意义(P0.05),A组和对照组的APTT差异有统计学意义(P0.05),B组和对照组的APTT差异有统计学意义(P0.05),B组和对照组的INR差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论脑血疏可以改善脑出血急性期大鼠体质量下降以及神经功能评分,机制与其影响凝血功能有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the cerebral blood thinning of cerebral hemorrhage rats (intracerebral hemorrhage, ICH) influence the behavior and coagulation function. Methods 21 rats ICH model was established by injection of collagenase, were randomly divided into three groups: control group, A group and B group, A, B groups were given high concentration and a low concentration of Naoxueshu, neurological score by Longa score method, 3 methods of forelimb placing test and 12 score respectively after intracerebral hemorrhage 24,48,72 h neurological score and body weight, 72 h after the blood prothrombin time (prothrombin time, PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (activated partial thromboplastin time, APTT), fibrinogen (fibrinogen, Fib), thrombin time (thrombin, time, TT), international normalized ratio (International Normalized Ratio, INR) detection.
