触觉虚拟环境下疲劳对中风病人康复评定绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:中风康复指的是训练病人肢体的运动机能,在此过程中,中风病人的肢体功能评定非常重要。肢体功能评定的方式主要是通过评价病人执行任务的绩效来进行的。本文研究的康复是基于电脑系统和网络环境下的肢体功能评估:病人在家中的触觉虚拟环境下执行一项任务,其任务的结果通过网络传输给医生,该方法对于功能评估存在的问题是医生并不知道病人在执行任务时的心理状态,这会导致医生无法知道高架(elevated)心理状态是否会对病人执行任务的绩效产生明显影响?如果高架(elevated)心理状态会对病人执行任务的绩效产生明显影响,上述肢体功能评估方法就会产生很大的误差。 本论文研究的总体目标是寻找上述问题的答案。研究关注中风病人的高架(elevated)精神疲劳状态,具体目标有三个:(i)开发用于功能评估的触觉虚拟环境原型系统,(ii)开发基于生理信号的疲劳状态推理系统,(iii)设计实验来产生疲劳对任务绩效影响的知识。 本研究得出如下结论:(1)所提出的触觉虚拟环境系统对于手腕协调运动任务和手腕伸展运动任务是有效的,并且对于其他任务可能是非常有前景的,(2)对于疲劳状态的两种状态,本研究所提出的疲劳推理系统的准确率达到了94.56%,(3)在手腕伸展任务和手腕协调运动任务中,高架(elevated)疲劳状态会对任务绩效产生明显影响。 本论文的主要贡献在于:(1)形成了在家庭康复环境下疲劳对病人所执行任务绩效影响的新知识,(2)相比于已提出的疲劳推理系统,本研究提出了具有更高准确率的疲劳推理系统,(3)更加便于识别基于个体的疲劳推理方法和基于群体的疲劳推理方法的不同之处。
[Abstract]:Stroke rehabilitation refers to the training of the motor function of the patient's limbs, in which the assessment of the limb function of the stroke patient is very important.The evaluation of limb function is mainly conducted by evaluating the performance of the patient in carrying out the task.The rehabilitation study in this paper is based on the evaluation of limb function in computer systems and network environments: patients perform a task in their home tactile virtual environment, the results of which are transmitted to doctors via the network.The problem with this method for functional evaluation is that doctors do not know the mental state of patients when performing tasks, which results in doctors unable to know whether the mental state of elevated tasks will have a significant impact on the performance of patients.If the elevated mental state has a significant impact on the performance of the patient's task, there will be a great deal of error in the methods mentioned above.The overall goal of this thesis is to find the answers to the above questions.The study looked at the elevated mental fatigue of stroke patients.There are three specific objectives: (1) to develop a prototype system of tactile virtual environment for functional evaluation. () to develop a physiological signal-based fatigue state inference system (FSA) to design experiments to produce knowledge of the effects of fatigue on task performance.In this study, we draw the following conclusion: the tactile virtual environment system proposed in this study is effective for wrist coordination and wrist stretching tasks, and may be very promising for other tasks.The accuracy of the fatigue inference system proposed in this study is 94.56) in the tasks of wrist stretching and coordinated wrist movement, elevated fatigue will have a significant impact on task performance.The main contribution of this thesis lies in the formation of a new knowledge of the effect of fatigue on the performance of patients' performance in the family rehabilitation environment.In this study, a fatigue reasoning system with higher accuracy is proposed, which is more convenient to identify the differences between individual-based fatigue reasoning methods and population-based fatigue reasoning methods.
