脑梗死患者颈动脉内中膜厚度与血清Adropin水平的相关性分析

【摘要】:目的分析脑梗死患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与血清Adropin水平之间的关系,探讨血清Adropin在动脉粥样硬化评估中的预测价值。方法选取84例脑梗死患者,用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测颈动脉IMT,分为内膜正常组(n=20)、内膜增厚组(n=38)、斑块形成组(n=26),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清Adropin含量,分析颈动脉IMT与血清Adropin水平的相关性。结果 IMT正常组血清Adropin水平明显高于IMT增厚组和IMT斑块组(均P0.01),IMT增厚组血清Adropin水平明显高于IMT斑块组(P0.01),相关性分析显示,颈动脉IMT与年龄(r=0.342,P=0.001)、收缩压(r=0.536,P=0.000)、LDL-C(r=0.285,P=0.009)、尿酸(r=0.282,P=0.009)呈正相关,与Adropin呈明显负相关(r=-0.500,P=0.000);Logistic回归分析显示年龄、尿酸、LDL-C、收缩压、Adropin下降是颈动脉硬化的独立危险因素。结论血清Adropin水平随着颈动脉硬化程度加重而下降,在一定程度上可反映颈动脉粥样硬化严重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and serum Adropin levels in patients with cerebral infarction, and to explore the predictive value of serum Adropin in the evaluation of atherosclerosis. Methods Eighty-four patients with cerebral infarction were divided into normal endometrium group (n = 20), intimal thickening group (n = 38), plaque formation group (n = 26), carotid artery Adropin by color Doppler ultrasound. The serum Adropin level was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). To analyze the correlation between carotid IMT and serum Adropin level. Results the level of serum Adropin in normal IMT group was significantly higher than that in IMT thickening group and IMT plaque group (all P0.01P 0.01). The correlation analysis showed that carotid IMT was positively correlated with age 0.342P0. 001G, SBP 0.536P0. 000, LDL-Cr 0.285 P0. 009, uric acid r0. 282 P0. 009). Logistic regression analysis showed that the decrease of LDL-C and systolic blood pressure were independent risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion Serum Adropin level decreases with the severity of carotid atherosclerosis, which can reflect the severity of carotid atherosclerosis to some extent.
