尤瑞克林对急性缺血性卒中患者脑血流自动调节能力的影响

【摘要】：目的评估尤瑞克林对急性缺血性卒中患者脑血流自动调节功能的影响。方法纳入发病3 d以内的单侧颈内动脉系统缺血性卒中患者58例,随机分配至尤瑞克林组和对照组,30例对照组仅给予缺血性卒中常规药物治疗,28例尤瑞克林组在常规药物治疗基础上加用尤瑞克林0.15 PNA静脉滴注,每天一次,连续应用(8±2)d。应用经颅多普勒超声联合手指血压监测仪分别对两组患者治疗前、后的脑血流调节功能进行监测。结果尤瑞克林治疗组,治疗后患侧半球相位差显著高于治疗前水平,而健侧半球的相位差在治疗前后无统计学差异。对照组中,治疗前后患侧半球和健侧半球相位差差异均无统计学意义。结论尤瑞克林可能改善急性缺血性卒中患者患侧大脑半球的脑血流自动调节能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of eucrine on cerebral blood flow automatic regulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods 58 patients with ischemic stroke of unilateral internal carotid artery system were included in the study. The control group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30) were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Only 28 patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine for ischemic stroke. In addition to the routine drug therapy, the patients in the control group received 0.15 PNA intravenous drip, once a day, continuously for 8 卤2 days. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound and finger blood pressure monitor were used to monitor the cerebral blood flow regulation before and after treatment. Results the phase difference of the affected hemispheres after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the healthy hemispheres before and after treatment. In the control group, there was no significant difference between the affected and healthy hemispheres before and after treatment. Conclusion Urethrin may improve the cerebral blood flow automatic regulation in the affected cerebral hemispheres of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
