中西医结合加情志调摄法对卒中后焦虑抑郁共病患者SAS、SDS评分的改善作用

【摘要】：目的:探索中西医结合加情志调摄法对卒中后焦虑抑郁共病患者SAS、SDS评分的改善作用。方法:收治脑卒中患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予中西医结合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予情志调摄法治疗。结果:两组的抑郁平均分数值、焦虑平均分数值差异均存在统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:在中西医结合基础上,实施情志调摄法,可改善患者卒中后焦虑、抑郁评分。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine (TCM) combined with mood regulating therapy on SASU SDS score in patients with post-stroke anxiety and depression syndromes. Methods: 120 patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and observation group (n = 60). Results: there were significant differences in the mean scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: based on the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, emotion adjustment can improve the scores of anxiety and depression after stroke.
