术中矩阵式电极的精确定位研究

【摘要】:为精确定位术中硬膜下矩阵式电极的图像坐标和序号,本文提出一种图像处理的矩阵式电极定位联合算法。采用电极逐点扩展定位算法,向上下左右逐点扩展,确定各个电极初始坐标和序号;采用单电极坐标区域提取算法,确定各个电极最佳坐标,从而逐点定位所有电极的图像坐标和序号。本文研究结果表明,电极序号定位准确率达100%,电极坐标定位误差小于2 mm。本文研究的算法可以精确定位呈弧形排列的矩阵式电极图像坐标和序号,从而辅助绘制大脑皮层功能映射图,实现术中脑功能区精确定位,因此今后或可广泛应用于基于皮质脑电信号分析的神经系统科学研究和应用。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately locate the image coordinates and serial numbers of matrix electrodes in intradural operation, this paper presents a joint algorithm of matrix electrode location for image processing. The initial coordinates and ordinal numbers of each electrode are determined by using the point-by-point expansion algorithm of the electrode, and the optimum coordinates of each electrode are determined by using the single-electrode coordinate region extraction algorithm. Thus, the image coordinates and serial numbers of all electrodes are located point by point. The results show that the accuracy of electrode sequence number is 100 and the error of electrode coordinate positioning is less than 2 mm. The algorithm studied in this paper can accurately locate the coordinate and ordinal number of the matrix electrode image arranged in arc shape, which can help to draw the functional mapping map of cerebral cortex and realize the accurate localization of the functional area of the brain during the operation. Therefore, it may be widely used in the research and application of neuroscience based on EEG analysis in the future.
