儿童癫痫共患头痛

【摘要】：癫痫与头痛是儿童时期较为常见的神经系统疾病,二者在临床表现、发病机制和治疗上存在相互联系。临床上某些类型的头痛易于与癫痫混淆,反之亦然。因此,正确区分癫痫与头痛两种疾病,掌握好癫痫共患头痛的诊治对于癫痫的有效治疗、改善癫痫儿童的预后以及保证医疗安全非常必要。
[Abstract]:Epilepsy and headache are common diseases of nervous system in childhood. Some types of headache are likely to be confused with epilepsy and vice versa. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly distinguish epilepsy from headache, to master the diagnosis and treatment of epileptic co-headache for the effective treatment of epilepsy, to improve the prognosis of epileptic children and to ensure the safety of medical treatment.
