[Abstract]:In 1992, the Xinhua News Agency reported that researchers at the Gifu University investigated about 29 thousand people in Gifu's health and eating habits in 1992, and again 16 years later, a total of 677 people died of cerebral apoplexy. In the meantime, age, smoking and exercise habits were eliminated. After analyzing the factors, researchers found that the average daily dose was almost the same as those who hardly ate natto.
