脑内局灶性病变表现为全面性癫痫1例分析

【摘要】：正脑内局灶性病变导致的癫痫发作主要表现为局限性运动或感觉发作,脑电图以局限性棘波或尖波为主~([1])。我院2009年诊治过1例右枕叶肿瘤患者,表现有全面性癫痫并且头皮脑电图表现为全导同步放电,手术切除肿瘤及周边致痫组织,术后效果较好,随访6年,现报告如下。1病例报告患儿,女,9岁。主因发作性愣神3年余而于2009年11月2日入院。患儿的主要症状为说话或
[Abstract]:The epileptic seizures caused by focal lesions in the positive brain were mainly characterized by localized motor or sensory seizures, and local spikes or sharp waves were mainly used in EEG ([1]). A patient with right occipital lobe tumor was diagnosed and treated in our hospital in 2009. The patients presented with comprehensive epilepsy and the scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) showed total conductance synchronous discharge. The tumor and surrounding epileptic tissue were resected by operation. The effect of operation was good. The follow-up was 6 years. We report the following 1 cases of children, female 9 years old.
