血尿酸水平与大面积脑梗死的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨血尿酸水平与大面积脑梗死的相互关系。 方法:将我院新发大面积脑梗死患者95例设为病例组,将同期在我院健康体检者95例设为对照组,两组的性别和年龄相匹配。检测血尿酸(BUA)、血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及梗死面积(再将大面积脑梗死根据梗死区直径分①大梗死灶,梗死直径为在50mm-70mm之间,②较大梗死灶,直径在70mm-90mm之间,③特大梗死灶,直径90mm以上三组),并对其进行相关性分析。 结果:1.病例组BUA、FP、TG、TC、LDL-c均高于对照组,采用多因素分析(Logistic回归分析),修正其它已确定的脑血管病危险因素(如糖尿病、高血脂症等)后,这种关联依然存在。2.血尿酸水平与脑梗死面积呈正相关。 结论:高尿酸血症是大面积脑梗死的独立危险因素,且脑梗死的面积与血尿酸水平呈正相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between serum uric acid level and large area cerebral infarction. Methods: a total of 95 patients with large area cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 95) and the control group (n = 95). The sex and age of the two groups were matched. Serum uric acid (Bua), blood glucose (FPG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and infarct area were measured. The diameter of 3 large infarcts between 70mm-90mm and above three groups of diameter 90mm), and the correlation analysis was carried out. The result is 1: 1. The LDL-c levels of BUAFV TGG / TCN in the case group were higher than those in the control group. This association still existed after the multivariate analysis (logistic regression analysis) was used to correct other identified risk factors of cerebrovascular disease (such as diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, etc.). The level of uric acid was positively correlated with the area of cerebral infarction. Conclusion: hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for large area cerebral infarction, and the area of cerebral infarction is positively correlated with serum uric acid level.
