疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉对老年进展性脑梗死患者凝血功能、血脂及血液流变学的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉对老年进展性脑梗死患者凝血功能、血脂及血液流变学影响。方法选择老年进展性脑梗死患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组43例与对照组43例。对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合疏血通注射液治疗。两组疗程均为14 d。比较两组疗效,治疗前后凝血功能、血脂、血液流变学、NIHSS评分和ADL评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率(90.70%)明显高于对照组(69.77%,P0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)和凝血酶时间(TT)比较无统计学差异(t=0.206 0、0.905 6、0.488 0,P0.05);观察组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显低于对照组而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显高于对照组(t=8.299 8、8.119 8、8.864 1、4.855 2,P0.05);观察组治疗后全血低切黏度(WBLV)、全血高切黏度(WBHV)、血浆黏度(PV)明显低于对照组(t=14.567 1、7.896 0、11.990 7,P0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组而ADL评分高于对照组(t=10.137 4、10.031 9,P0.05)。结论疏血通注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年进展性脑梗死患者疗效显著,且可改善患者血脂和血液流变学,但对凝血功能无明显影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Shuxuetong injection combined with Edaravone on coagulation function, blood lipid and hemorheology in elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 86 elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43). The control group was treated with Edaravone and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong injection on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups. The curative effect, coagulation function, blood lipid, hemorheology, NIHSS score and ADL score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results the total effective rate (90.70%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (69.77%), but there was no significant difference in the prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (Fib) and thrombin time (TT) between the observation group and the control group (t = 0.206 0 / 0.905 / 60.488, P0.05). Steroid (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower than those in control group, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly higher than that in control group (t = 8.299 8 / 8.119 8 / 8.864 1.864 1.855 / 2 P 0.05), the whole blood low shear viscosity (WBLV), whole blood high shear viscosity (WBHV) and plasma high shear viscosity (WBHV) after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The viscosity (PV) of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group (t = 14.567 1 / 7.896 0 / 11.9907 P 0.05), the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (t 10.137 4 / 10.031 9 P 0.05). Conclusion Shuxuetong injection combined with Edaravone is effective in treating elderly patients with progressive cerebral infarction, and can improve blood lipid and hemorheology, but has no effect on coagulation function.
