血塞通注射液对老年缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能及血液流变学的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨血塞通注射液联合西医治疗老年缺血性脑卒中的疗效及其对神经功能与血液流变学的影响。方法将老年缺血性脑卒中患者80例随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,2组均给予常规西医综合治疗,观察组同时给予血塞通注射液治疗。观察2组治疗15 d后的临床疗效,治疗前后NIHSS神经缺损评分以及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果治疗15 d后观察组临床治愈率与总有效率显著高于对照组(P均0.05)。2组治疗后NIHSS神经缺损评分以及全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积均较治疗前明显改善(P均0.05),且观察组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合西医治疗老年缺血性脑卒中能够有效提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者神经功能及血液流变学指标,促进患者康复,具有较高的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the curative effect of Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke and its effect on nerve function and hemorheology. Methods Eighty elderly patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The changes of NIHSS neurological defect score and hemorheology index were observed after 15 days of treatment in both groups. Results after 15 days treatment, the clinical cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). The NIHSS nerve defect score, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The hematocrit was significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P 0.05), and the improvement of each index in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile ischemic stroke can effectively improve the effective rate of clinical treatment, improve the neurological function and hemorheological index of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and has a higher clinical value.
