Apollo支架治疗椎动脉狭窄的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察Apollo支架治疗椎动脉狭窄的疗效。方法选择椎动脉狭窄患者50例,均采用Apollo支架治疗,比较治疗前后椎动脉平均狭窄率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分以及临床症状改善情况。结果治疗后患者的椎动脉平均狭窄率、NIHSS评分、MRS评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后患者的临床症状明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 Apollo支架治疗椎动脉狭窄具有明显的临床疗效,患者的临床症状得到改善,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Apollo stent on vertebral artery stenosis. Methods Fifty patients with vertebral artery stenosis were treated with Apollo stent. The mean stenosis rate of vertebral artery, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS), modified Rankin scale (Mrs) and the improvement of clinical symptoms were compared before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the mean stenosis rate of vertebral artery and the score of NIHSS and Mrs were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05), and the clinical symptoms were improved significantly after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of vertebral artery stenosis with Apollo stent has obvious clinical effect, and the clinical symptoms of the patients are improved, which is worthy of further popularizing in clinic.
