【摘要】：正遗传性压力易感性周围神经病(hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies,HNPP)是周围神经系统的常染色体显性遗传疾病,具有明显的遗传及临床异质性,通常由轻微事件(轻微牵拉、压迫及外伤)引起的复发性压迫性单神经或多神经损害的周围神经病变,其中腓总神经损害及尺神经损害是最常见的表现,约占70%,臂丛神经损害约占10%~25%~([1]),但是国内以臂丛神经损害为表现的HNPP报道较少,2016年赵冰等~([2])曾报道过3例以臂丛神经损害为表现的
[Abstract]:Positive inherited stress predisposition to peripheral neuropathy (hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsiesus) is an autosomal dominant genetic disease of the peripheral nervous system, with obvious genetic and clinical heterogeneity. The common peroneal nerve injury and ulnar nerve injury are the most common manifestations of recurrent compressive peripheral neuropathy caused by compression and trauma. About 70%, brachial plexus injury accounted for about 10 ~ (1), but HNPP with brachial plexus injury as its manifestation in China is less reported. Zhao Bing et al. [2] reported 3 cases of brachial plexus injury in 2016.
