脑梗死患者心理弹性的影响机制及干预策略

【摘要】：目的分析自我效能、社会支持和应对方式对其心理弹性的影响。方法以唐山市某三甲医院的386例脑梗死患者为对象,以心理弹性量表、自我效能感量表、社会支持量表、医学应对问卷为调查工具,应用Pearson相关分析、多重线性回归分析、结构方程模型方法。结果心理弹性得分为(59.72±12.17)分,心理弹性与自我效能、社会支持、面对应对方式、回避应对方式呈正相关(P0.01),与屈服应对方式呈负相关(P0.01),自我效能感、主观支持、面对应对方式和屈服应对方式影响心理弹性的总效应系数分别为0.720、0.264、0.121和-0.092。结论自我效能、社会支持和应对方式对心理弹性有显著影响作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of self-efficacy, social support and coping style on their mental resilience. Methods 386 patients with cerebral infarction in a third Class A Hospital in Tangshan City were investigated by using the Psychological elasticity scale, the Self-efficacy scale, the Social support scale and the Medical coping questionnaire. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. Structural equation model method. Results the score of resilience was (59.72 卤12.17). The scores of resilience were positively correlated with self-efficacy, social support, avoidance coping style in face of coping style (P0.01), negative correlation with yield coping style (P0.01), self-efficacy and subjective support. The total effect coefficients of coping style and yield coping style on resilience were 0.720 ~ 0.264 ~ (0.121) and -0.092 respectively. Conclusion self-efficacy, social support and coping style have significant effects on resilience.
