高敏C反应蛋白及糖化血红蛋白与高血压脑出血患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的相关性
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as study group and divided into severe atherosclerosis group (n = 32), mild atherosclerosis group (n = 33) and intracerebral hemorrhage group (n = 31) according to carotid intima thickness (IMT). The levels of hs-CRP and HbA1c in patients with different types of plaque were compared, and the correlation between the indexes and IMT was analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose levels among the four groups (P0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of hs-CRPnHbA1cCIMT, HDL, LDL-C, TC and TG (P0.05), among which the total cholesterol in the intracerebral hemorrhage group was higher than that in the control group. The levels of HbA1c in low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) were higher than those in control group (P0.05), while in severe atherosclerosis group and mild atherosclerotic group, hs-CRPnHbA1cT, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, The levels of triglyceride were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.05), and the levels of hs-CRP1c HbA1c in severe atherosclerosis were positively correlated with hs-CRP1c HbA1c (P0.05), the levels of hs-CRP and HB A1c in patients with soft plaque were significantly higher than those in ulceral plaque, flat plaque. Patients with hard spot (P0.05). Conclusion hs-CRP and HB A 1c are risk factors for carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
