眼针结合偏振光治疗中风后肩—手综合征临床观察

【摘要】：目的：探讨分析眼针结合偏振光照射治疗中风后肩手综合征的疗效，为中风后肩手综合征临床治疗提供参考。方法：从辽宁中医康复中心病房住院患者中选取60例符合入选标准患者，按照就诊顺序随机分成2组，每组30例。对照组予偏振光照射治疗，治疗组予眼针联合偏振光照射治疗，两组患者在治疗过程中均配合良肢位摆放、运动疗法治疗，且治疗时间相同。4周后根据肩手综合征疗效标准以及病人的VAS评分、Fugl一Meyer上肢运动评分、MBI评分对两组患者进行疗效评估，应用统计软件SPSS17.0对两组数据进行统计分析，评定治疗结果，比较两组疗效差异。结果：两组患者的性别、年龄、病程及治疗前VAS评分、Fugl一Meyer上肢运动评分及MBI评分经统计学分析，差异无统计学意义(P0.05)，两组患者具有可比性。疗程结束后，两组患者肩手综合征疗效比较，，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)，两组患者VAS评分、Fugl一Meyer上肢运动评分及MBI评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P0.01)，且治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论： 1、偏振光照射与眼针结合偏振光照射均可以提高中风后肩手综合征临床疗效，减轻肩痛，改善患侧上肢运动功能，提高日常生活质量。 2、眼针结合偏振光照射治疗疗效明显优于偏振光照射治疗。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke and to provide reference for clinical treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: 60 inpatients in Liaoning traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Center were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups (30 cases in each group). The control group was treated with polarized light irradiation, the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation. The patients in both groups were treated with good limb placement and exercise therapy during the course of treatment. After the same treatment time, the two groups were evaluated according to the standard of curative effect of shoulder and hand syndrome and the VAS score of Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor score. The statistical software SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data of the two groups. The results of treatment were evaluated and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results: there was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease and VAS score of Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor score and MBI score between the two groups (P0.05). After the course of treatment, two groups of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were compared with each other. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). The VAS score and the MBI score of the upper limb of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those of the control group (P0.01), and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Polarized light irradiation and eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation can improve the clinical efficacy of shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke, alleviate shoulder pain, and improve the motor function of the affected upper limb. 2. The curative effect of eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation was better than that of polarized light irradiation.
