近红外光谱分析技术在神经科中的临床应用与新进展

【摘要】:正近红外光谱分析(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)通过检测大脑活动的过程中微循环含氧血红蛋白(oxyhemoglobin,Hb O2)和脱氧血红蛋白(de-oxyhemoglobin,HbR)浓度的改变及血流动力学变化,可反映相应的神经电活动~([1]),为神经科的临床应用提供了一个新的工具。本文就NIRS在神经科领域的临床应用与新进展综述如下。
[Abstract]:Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to detect the changes of the concentrations of oxyglobin (HB) and deoxyhemoglobin (HB) and hemodynamic changes in the process of brain activity. It can reflect the corresponding neuroelectric activity and provide a new tool for the clinical application of neurology. In this article, the clinical application and new progress of NIRS in neurology are summarized as follows.
