血管扩张剂在脑梗死治疗中的效果观察及安全性分析

【摘要】：目的探究脑梗死患者接受血管扩张剂的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法纳入本院近年来收治确诊为脑梗死患者为本次研究对象,对其临床资料以回顾性方法进行分析,归纳各类血管扩张剂对患者的临床价值和相关的不良反应。结果相对于用其他类型药物治疗,接受血管扩张剂为血栓通治疗的患者其临床疗效相对更具有优越性,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);接受血管扩张剂为盐酸川芎嗪的脑梗死患者其相关体征,缺血性中风症等均有明显改善;接受血管扩张剂为丁咯地尔治疗的患者,显示服用时间越长则出现进展性脑梗死概率相对越低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者应用各类血管扩张剂治疗均有突出的临床价值,在选用药物时应综合考虑患者各项临床实际情况,保障患者预后效果和生活质量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of vasodilators in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods the patients with cerebral infarction were treated in our hospital in recent years. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively and the clinical value and related adverse reactions of various vasodilators were summarized. Results compared with other types of drug therapy, the patients treated with vasodilator Xue Tong had more advantages in clinical efficacy. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); patients with cerebral infarction receiving vasodilator ligustrazine hydrochloride and ischemic stroke were significantly improved; patients treated with buflomedil were treated with buflomedil. It showed that the longer the administration time, the lower the probability of progressive cerebral infarction, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion all kinds of vasodilators are of great clinical value in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients. The clinical conditions of patients should be considered comprehensively in the selection of drugs to ensure the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
