麻醉相关性癫痫的研究进展

【摘要】：癫痫是脑部神经元高度同步化异常放电所致的一种慢性脑部疾病，发作性、短暂性、通常是刻板性的脑功能失调是其突出的临床表现[1]。早在1950年，就有许多例关于手术麻醉下癫痫发作的报道[2-3]。近年来，，手术及麻醉过程中癫痫发作风险的评估问题得到越来越多的关注[4-5]。本文系统的总结了麻醉对癫痫发作的影响，麻醉性癫痫的发作类型、发作频率、发作时间、流行病学特点、预防、治疗及预后等，探讨了麻醉性癫痫的可能机制，对各种手术麻醉，尤其是癫痫患者的手术麻醉提供了重要的参考意见。
[Abstract]:Epilepsy is a kind of chronic brain disease caused by highly synchronous abnormal discharges of neurons in the brain. Paroxysmal, transient and usually stereotypical brain dysfunction is its outstanding clinical manifestation [1]. As early as 1950, there were many reports of epileptic seizures under surgical anesthesia [2-3]. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the evaluation of epileptic seizure risk during surgery and anesthesia [4-5]. This paper systematically summarizes the effects of anesthesia on epileptic seizures, the types, frequency, time, epidemiological features, prevention, treatment and prognosis of anesthetic epilepsy, and discusses the possible mechanism of anesthetic epilepsy. It provides important reference for all kinds of surgical anaesthesia, especially for epileptic patients.
