半夏白术天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西药治疗缺血性中风的效果

【摘要】：目的分析半夏白术天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西医治疗缺血性中风患者的临床效果。方法选择河北省唐山市玉田县中医医院2015年10月~2016年3月收治的95例缺血性中风患者,将其随机分为联合组(48例)和西医组(47例)。西医组患者给予阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林口服,依达拉奉静脉滴注,疗程2周;联合组患者给予半夏白术天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西医治疗,疗程2周。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损状况、日常生活活动能力、生活质量、临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果治疗后联合组神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于西医组[(10.2±2.5)分比(15.2±3.1)分](P0.05),日常生活活动能力评分、GQOLI-74评分均明显高于西医组[(72.9±4.8)分比(61.4±5.3)分;(68.3±4.1)分比(56.8±4.4)分](P0.05)。联合组临床治疗总有效率为93.7%,高于西医组的78.8%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。联合组药物不良反应发生率为10.4%,与西医组(8.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤合桃红四物加减联合西医治疗缺血性中风效果显著,不良反应少,能够有效提高患者日常生活活动能力,改善患者生活质量,临床推广应用价值显著。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of Banxia Atractylodes Tianma decoction and Taohong Siwu combined with western medicine in the treatment of ischemic apoplexy. Methods Ninety-five patients with ischemic stroke from October 2015 to March 2016 in Yutian Hospital of Tangshan City, Hebei Province were randomly divided into combined group (48 cases) and western medicine group (47 cases). The patients in the western group were given Atto vastatin, aspirin and Edaravone intravenously for 2 weeks, while the patients in the combined group were treated with Banxia Atractylodes Tianma decoction plus Taohong Siwu plus or minus western medicine for 2 weeks. The neurological deficit, activity of daily living, quality of life, clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results after treatment, the neurological impairment score in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group [(10.2 卤2.5) scores vs (15.2 卤3.1) points] (P0.05), and the GQOLI-74 score was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group [(72.9 卤4.8) scores vs (61.4 卤5.3) points; (68.3 卤4.1) points vs (56.8 卤4.4) points] (P0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the combined group was 93.7, which was higher than that in the western medicine group (78.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combined group was 10.4, which was not significantly different from that in the western medicine group (8.5%) (P0.05). Conclusion Banxia Atractylodes Tianma decoction combined with Taohong Siwu combined with western medicine is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke with less adverse reactions. It can effectively improve the activities of daily life of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
