不同强度重复经颅磁刺激对脑梗死大鼠条件性恐惧记忆的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究不同强度重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)对脑梗死大鼠条件性恐惧记忆的影响。方法:雄性成年SD大鼠40只,体重200~250 g,采用改良Zea longa线栓法对大鼠制作右侧大脑中动脉闭塞的脑梗死模型。建模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组及40%(0.76 T)、60%(1.14 T)、80%(1.52 T)强度刺激组,每组8只,另外假手术组8只。各刺激组大鼠于建模成功后第5 d开始按照设定参数分别接受磁刺激,连续5 d,假手术组和模型组置于相同磁场环境,但不接受磁刺激。治疗结束后,给予各组大鼠相同足底电击(55 V,2 s),在24 h后检测大鼠在5 min内的僵直持续时间。结果:各刺激组大鼠在接受足底电击24 h后的僵直持续时间均明显高于模型组(P0.01),并且随着刺激强度的增加,大鼠在24 h后的僵直持续时间也明显增长(P0.01)。结论:rTMS能促进脑梗死大鼠记忆功能的恢复,并随着刺激强度的加强,大鼠记忆能力的恢复程度亦增强。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS) with different intensities on conditioned fear memory in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods: 40 adult male SD rats, weighing 200,250g, were used to establish the right middle cerebral artery occlusion model of cerebral infarction in rats by modified Zea longa thread occlusion method. The rats were randomly divided into model group and 40% (0.76 T) 60% (1.14 T) intensity stimulation group (1.52 T) with 8 rats in each group and 8 in sham operation group. The rats of each stimulation group received magnetic stimulation according to the set parameters on the 5th day after the model was successfully established. The sham operation group and the model group were placed in the same magnetic field environment for 5 days, but they did not receive the magnetic stimulation. After the treatment, the rats were given the same plantar electric shock (55 V / 2 s), after 24 h) and the duration of stiffness was detected within 5 min. Results: the duration of stiffness in each stimulation group was significantly longer than that in the model group (P0.01) after 24 h of foot shock, and with the increase of stimulation intensity, the duration of stiffness increased significantly (P0.01) after 24 h of stimulation (P0.01). Conclusion the memory function of rats with cerebral infarction can be improved with the increase of stimulation intensity, and the recovery degree of memory ability is also enhanced with the increase of stimulation intensity.
