氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗塞临床观察

【摘要】：目的探讨氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀在脑梗塞治疗中的临床效果,为临床治疗脑梗塞提供一定指导。方法选取我院收治的脑梗塞患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗,观察两组治疗前后血脂各项指标、hs-CRP水平、神经功能缺损评分NIHSS和日常生活能力评分ADL的不同。结果治疗后两组血脂各项指标、hs-CRP水平均有显著下降,且观察组下降水平显著优于对照组,存在统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前后两组NIHSS和ADL评分均有显著变化,观察组变化显著优于对照组,存在统计学意义(P0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀在脑梗塞治疗中的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的神经功能和日常生活能力,是一种科学有效的方法,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with fluvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was treated with routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with fluvastatin on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of hs-CRP, neurological impairment score (NIHSS) and activity of daily living score (ADL) were observed before and after treatment. Results the levels of hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), the scores of NIHSS and ADL were significantly changed before and after treatment, and the levels of hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The changes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and there was statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion clopidogrel combined with fluvastatin is a scientific and effective method for the treatment of cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients.
