脑实质室管膜下瘤1例

【摘要】：正室管膜下瘤是脑室系统的罕见良性肿瘤,多位于第四脑室,脑实质内室管膜下瘤极罕见,英文报道仅有11例,中文报道仅有5例。我们报道的为幕上脑实质室管膜下瘤病例,术后经病理证实为室管膜下瘤。病例男,48岁,入院前3月外院体检CT及MRI发现右侧顶叶占位,后行"穿刺活检术",病理示:低级别胶质瘤WHOⅠ级,室管膜下瘤可能。期间无明显临床症状入院,查体示双侧肢体活动自主,肌力正常,肌张力正常,双侧病理征
[Abstract]:Positive subependymal tumors are rare benign tumors in the ventricular system, most of them are located in the fourth ventricle. Subependymal tumors in the parenchyma are rare. Only 11 cases are reported in English and only 5 cases in Chinese. We report a case of supratentorial parenchymal subependymoma. The patient was 48 years old.
