Shh信号通路与脑梗死缺血区血管新生关系的研究进展

【摘要】：脑梗死后血管新生对大脑神经功能恢复和脑组织损伤修复起着至关重要作用。Shh信号通路可通过诱导毛细血管内皮细胞分化、增殖和迁移以及促进毛细血管管腔形成,从而促使血管新生,形成长而弯曲、直径较大、分支较多的复杂血管网。在脑梗死治疗过程中,适当调控Shh信号通路有助于改善患者预后。因此,探究Shh信号通路与脑梗死缺血区血管新生的关系具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:After cerebral infarction, angiogenesis plays an important role in the recovery of cerebral nerve function and the repair of brain injury. Shh signaling pathway can induce the differentiation, proliferation and migration of capillary endothelial cells and promote the formation of capillary lumen. Thus promoting angiogenesis, forming a long, curved, larger diameter, more branches of complex vascular network. During the treatment of cerebral infarction, proper regulation of Shh signaling pathway is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients. Therefore, it is important to explore the relationship between Shh signaling pathway and angiogenesis in ischemic area of cerebral infarction.
