Ramsay Hunt综合征合并脑干、小脑脑炎1例报告

【摘要】：正目前,带状疱疹的发病率明显增高,合并神经系统并发症的病例也逐年增加。成人带状疱疹病毒感染可累及周围和中枢神经系统,造成多种并发症,如Ramsay Hunt综合征、脑膜炎、脑炎、脊髓炎等。临床考虑为带状疱疹性脑炎者较多,经影像学证实颅内有病灶的较少,而同时累及颅神经导致Ramsay Hunt综合征、累及中枢神经系统导致脑干、小脑炎者更少,鲜有报道。本文将对1例Ramsay Hunt综合征合并脑干、小脑桥臂的脑炎病例进行报道。
[Abstract]:At present, the incidence of herpes zoster is significantly increased, and the incidence of complications of nervous system is increasing year by year. Adult herpes zoster virus infection can involve the peripheral and central nervous system, resulting in many complications, such as Ramsay Hunt syndrome, meningitis, encephalitis, myelitis and so on. The clinical consideration was that herpes zoster encephalitis was more common, and there were fewer lesions in the brain confirmed by imaging, while the cranial nerves were involved in the Ramsay Hunt syndrome, the central nervous system was involved in the brain stem, and the cerebellar encephalitis was less reported. A case of Ramsay Hunt syndrome with brainstem and cerebellopontine arm encephalitis was reported.
