脑梗死治疗前后磁共振波谱分析与临床评分的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的关于氢质子磁共振波谱成像技术与临床评分评价脑梗死患者疗效一致性的探讨分析。方法选取我院2015年7月~2016年7月收治的脑梗死患者85例作为研究对象,分析本组患者治疗前后脑代谢物N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)与乳酸(Lac)的变化及其与临床评分的相关性。结果磁共振波谱分析脑梗死治疗前NAA/Cr值为(1.24±0.27),低于治疗后的(2.75±0.16),差异有统计学意义(P0.05),磁共振波谱分析前Lac/Cr值为(2.31±0.21),高于治疗后的(0.15±0.07),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前患者临床评分为(14.4±0.81)分,高于治疗后的(8.1±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前后NAA/Cr、Lac/Cr与临床评分之间的相关性系数r_1=-6.273,r_2=7.921。结论脑梗死患者应用氢质子磁共振波谱分析治疗前后脑代谢产物变化情况能获得与临床评分高度一致的结果,氢质子磁共振波谱分析在脑梗死临床诊治的应用价值值得肯定。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the consistency between the hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (HNMR) and clinical score in evaluating the curative effect of cerebral infarction patients. Methods Eighty-five patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as subjects. The changes of N- acetyl aspartate (NAA) and lactate (Lac) and their correlation with clinical score were analyzed before and after treatment. Results the NAA/Cr of cerebral infarction before treatment was (1.24 卤0.27), lower than that after treatment (2.75 卤0.16), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The Lac/Cr before MRI was (2.31 卤0.21). Higher than after treatment (0.15 卤0.07), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The clinical score of patients before treatment was (14.4 卤0.81), higher than that after treatment (8.1 卤0.47), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Correlation coefficient between NAA/Cr,Lac/Cr and clinical score before and after treatment; Conclusion the changes of brain metabolites in patients with cerebral infarction before and after treatment with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy are in high agreement with the clinical score. The value of hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction is worthy of recognition.
