阿托伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林对缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉斑块及血清OxLDL、hs-CRP的影响

【摘要】：目的观察拜阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗缺血性脑血管病的效果和安全性。方法选择我院2013年1月至2014年6月颈部彩超证实存在颈部动脉斑块的缺血性脑血管病患者86例,采用数字表随机法分为两组,对照组43例在基础治疗的同时给予拜阿司匹林口服,观察组43例在对照组治疗的基础上联合阿托伐他汀口服,比较治疗前、治疗12个月后两组患者的血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox LDL)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与颈部动脉中膜厚度(IMT)的变化,记录用药过程中的不良反应。结果治疗12个月后观察组Ox LDL、hs-CRP、IMT均较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),且Ox LDL、hs-CRP、IMT均低于对照组(P0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论拜阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀可降低缺血性脑血管病患者Ox LDL和hs-CRP水平,对动脉粥样硬化斑块的逆转具有积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of Aspirin combined with Atto vastatin in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods from January 2013 to June 2014, 86 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease with carotid artery plaque confirmed by color Doppler ultrasonography were randomly divided into two groups. 43 cases in the control group were treated with Aspirin at the same time of basic treatment, while 43 cases in the observation group were treated with Atto vastatin on the basis of the treatment in the control group. After 12 months of treatment, the changes of serum oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ox LDL),) (Ox LDL), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and carotid artery thickness (IMT) were recorded. Results after 12 months of treatment, the Ox LDL,hs-CRP,IMT of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), and the Ox LDL,hs-CRP,IMT of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with Atto vastatin can decrease the levels of Ox LDL and hs-CRP in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and has a positive significance for the reversal of atherosclerotic plaque.
