吉兰-巴雷综合征早期肌电图分析

【摘要】:目的分析36例吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillian-Barre syndrome,GBS)患者早期肌电图(electromyography,EMG)检查结果,为临床工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析36例GBS患者EMG结果,结合复习文献、总结早期GBS特点。结果运动纤维神经传导检测波幅降低9例,传导速度减慢36例,末端潜伏期延长36例;感觉纤维神经传导检测波幅降低8例,传导速度减慢7例;2例见波形离散和传导阻滞现象;所检108条神经F反应出现率降低38条,潜伏期延长45条。所检108块肌肉中可见自发电位18块,未见运动单位动作电位时限明显增宽。结论肌电图尤其是神经传导检测技术对于早期GBS的诊断具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the results of early electromyography (electromyography,EMG) in 36 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome (Guillian-Barre syndrome,GBS). Methods the results of EMG in 36 patients with GBS were analyzed retrospectively and the characteristics of early GBS were summarized. Results the amplitude of motor fiber nerve conduction decreased in 9 cases, the conduction velocity in 36 cases and the terminal latency prolonged in 36 cases, the amplitude of sensory nerve conduction decreased in 8 cases, and the conduction velocity decreased in 7 cases. The frequency of F response in 108 nerves was decreased by 38 and the latency was prolonged by 45. Spontaneous potential was observed in 18 of 108 muscles, and no significant widening of motor unit action potential duration was observed. Conclusion Electromyography, especially nerve conduction detection is of great significance for early diagnosis of GBS.
