外侧裂区肿瘤的显微外科治疗

【摘要】：正外侧裂是位于额叶、顶叶、颞叶和岛叶之间的蛛网膜下腔,是大脑的自然裂隙,内含诸多血管和蛛网膜结构。正确利用其局部解剖特点,对顺利开展经外侧裂手术入路很重要[1]。现回顾性分析2008年9月~2016年6月33例外侧裂区肿瘤经外侧裂入路手术的临床资料,总结经验体会,报道如下。1临床资料与方法1.1一般资料本组33例,男19例,女14例。年龄17~68岁,平均41岁。头痛16例,癫痫发作7例,对侧肌
[Abstract]:The lateral fissure is the subarachnoid space between the frontal, parietal, temporal and insular lobes, which is the natural fissure of the brain and contains many blood vessels and arachnoid structures. The correct use of its local anatomical features is very important for the smooth development of translateral fissure surgical approach [1]. From September 2008 to June 2016, 33 cases of lateral fissure region tumors underwent translateral fissure approach were retrospectively analyzed.
