长期锰暴露对工人神经行为功能的影响

【摘要】:长期暴露于锰会导致产生一些椎体外系的症状,与帕金森病(Parkinson’sDisease,PD)的运动症状类似。长期慢性锰暴露也会引起一些神经行为功能的改变,类似于PD的非运动症状。我们从广西某锰铁合金冶炼厂中随机挑选334名分别来自不同岗位的男性工人,将这334名工人分成4个组(对照组、低暴露组、中暴露组、高暴露组),并对其进行两项问卷调查:非运动症状筛查量表(theNon-MotorSymptomsscale,NMSS)和植物神经功能测评量表(SCOPA-AUT)。运用协方差分析方法对NMSS和SCOPA的得分进行统计分析,以消除教育水平、吸烟、饮酒等混杂因素对结果的影响。结果显示:从NMSS和SCOPA-AUT的总分来看,,对照组的得分明显比其他3个暴露组得分低,且有统计学意义(pnmss=0.045,pscopa-aut=0.041)。NMSS和SCOPA-AUT的单项得分结果,各项的对照组得分都比暴露组得分低,而三组暴露组之间得分没有明显的规律,从NMSS的单项得分来看,只有感知障碍的结果统计学意义偏向于临界点(p=0.05);从SCOPA-AUT的单项得分来看,只有性功能结果有统计学意义(p=0.015)。故我们认为长期锰暴露损伤了锰暴露工人的神经行为功能,特别是性功能等。
[Abstract]:Prolonged exposure to manganese can lead to symptoms of extravertebral systems similar to motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease (Parkinson'sDisease,PD). Long-term chronic manganese exposure also causes changes in neurobehavioral function, similar to the non-motor symptoms of PD. We randomly selected 334 male workers from different positions from a manganese ferroalloy smelter in Guangxi. The 334 workers were divided into four groups (control group, low exposure group, middle exposure group, high exposure group). Two questionnaires were conducted: non-motor symptom screening scale (theNon-MotorSymptomsscale,NMSS) and vegetative nerve function scale (SCOPA-AUT). Covariance analysis was used to analyze the scores of NMSS and SCOPA in order to eliminate the influence of mixed factors such as education level, smoking and drinking. The results showed that the total scores of NMSS and SCOPA-AUT in the control group were significantly lower than those in the other three exposure groups, and there was statistical significance (pnmss=0.045,pscopa-aut=0.041). NMSS and SCOPA-AUT single score results, The scores of the control group were lower than those of the exposure group, but there was no obvious rule between the three exposure groups. From the single score of NMSS, only the results of the perception disorder tended to the critical point statistically (p0. 05). From the single score of SCOPA-AUT, only sexual function results were statistically significant (p0. 015). Therefore, we think that long-term manganese exposure injures the neurobehavioral function, especially sexual function of workers exposed to manganese.
