炎性神经系统疾病患者脑脊液博尔纳病病毒CIC及抗体的检测
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the infection of Borna disease virus (Bornadisease virus,BDV) in inflammatory nervous system diseases in Guiyang, Zunyi and Duyun, Guizhou Province, and the clinical characteristics of BDV CIC positive patients with viral encephalitis. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect 84 patients with inflammatory nervous system diseases, including 69 patients with viral encephalitis (VE), 9 patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) and 6 patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). BDV circulating immune complex (CIC) and antibody in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were collected from 45 patients with BDV CIC positive cerebrospinal fluid (BDV CIC) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Results: the total positive rate of BDV CIC in CSF of 84 patients with inflammatory nervous system diseases was 15.40% (13 / 84), and the positive rate of VE was 14.40% (10 / 69), GBS) 11.10% (1 / 9). The positive rate of MS was 33.30% (2 / 6) and the positive rate of control group was 2.22% (1 / 45). The total positive rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0. 05). The total positive rate of CSF antibody was 1.20% (1 / 84), while the positive rate of control group was 0. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0. 05). The positive degree of BDV CIC in peripheral blood was higher in 10 cases than that in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). 7 cases of BDV CIC positive viral encephalitis were mainly characterized by abnormal mental behavior and had close animal contact history. Conclusion: in Guiyang, Zunyi and Duyun of Guizhou Province, there is BDV infection in patients with inflammatory nervous system diseases, and the main clinical features of VE patients with BDV specific CIC are abnormal mental behavior. Recessive infection is the main mode of BDV infection, and the proportion of patients with recessive infection may be higher than that of dominant infection, and the close relationship between BDV and human may be higher.
