【摘要】：正新的WHO分类中弥漫性胶质瘤定义更为精确,包括1p/19q共缺失、IDH1/2突变和组蛋白H3-K27M突变。该文目的是法国POLA研究组对更新的WHO(2016)分类的预后价值进行评估。所有送至中心行病理检查和纳入法国全国性POLA队列研究中的高级别少突胶质细胞瘤,根据修订的第四版WHO分类进行重新分类。该研究共1 041例患者,诊断中位年龄50.4岁(17.1~84.4岁)。根据新的组织分
[Abstract]:The new WHO classification is more precise in the definition of diffuse glioma, including 1p/19q co-deletion, IDH1/2 mutation and histone H3-K27M mutation. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of the updated WHO (2016) classification by the French POLA team. All advanced oligodendrocytomas sent to the center for pathological examination and included in the French national POLA cohort study were reclassified according to the revised fourth edition WHO classification.
