【摘要】:正急性缺血性卒中是临床上常见的脑血管疾病,其病因及发病机制复杂。补体系统是人类体液固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,在抵抗微生物入侵及维持机体内环境稳态中发挥重要作用。近年来,补体系统在急性缺血性脑血管病中的作用逐渐被重视。激活补体系统的有效途径有3条:经典途径、凝集素途径和旁路途径[1],另外还可能存在外源性补体激活途径[2]。这些激活补体
[Abstract]:Acute ischemic stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease, its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated. Complement system is an important part of the innate immune system of human body fluid, which plays an important role in resisting microbial invasion and maintaining the homeostasis of the environment. In recent years, the role of complement system in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease has been paid more and more attention.
