基质金属蛋白酶-9及其组织抑制因子-1在青年癫痫全面强直阵挛发作中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)与青年癫痫患者全面强直阵挛发作的关系。方法:对50例我院神经内科15~28岁的癫痫患者全面强直阵挛发作后3、6、12 h分别测定其血浆MMP-9、TIMP-1的水平,并与年龄匹配的稳定对照组、健康对照组比较。结果 :青年癫痫全面强直阵挛发作后3、6、12 h血清MMP-9水平为(64.69±15.23)、(90.21±22.74)、(67.51±18.36)μg/L,均高于稳定对照组[(44.27±13.55)μg/L]及健康对照组[(42.24±13.63)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(P0.05),在发病6 h时最高;MMP-9/TIMP-1比值表现同样结果;发作组TIMP-1水平虽高于两对照组(均P0.05),但在发作后3、6、12 h各时间点差异并无显著意义(均P0.05)。发作持续时间越长,MMP-9表达越高(均P0.05),且抗癫痫药物使用与否不影响MMP-9/TIMP-1的表达(P0.05)。结论:青年癫痫患者发作后MMP-9/TIMP-1失衡,可能主要由于MMP-9的表达增高,而MMP-9水平与发作持续时间呈正相关,且不受抗癫痫药物影响。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and generalized tonic clonic seizures in young patients with epilepsy. Methods: plasma MMP-9,TIMP-1 levels were measured in 50 epileptic patients aged 15 and 28 years old at 3, 6 and 12 h after seizure, and compared with age-matched stable control group and healthy control group. Results: the serum MMP-9 levels were (64.69 卤15.23), (90.21 卤22.74), (67.51 卤18.36) 渭 g / L at 3,6,12 hours after the onset of epilepsy. It was higher than that of the stable control group [(44.27 卤13.55) 渭 g / L] and the healthy control group [(42.24 卤13.63) 渭 g / L], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the highest was at the 6th hour after the onset of the disease. The level of TIMP-1 in the attack group was higher than that in the two control groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference at 3, 6 and 12 hours after the onset of the attack (all P0.05). The MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio was similar to that in the control group (P 0.05). The longer the attack duration, the higher the expression of MMP-9 (P0.05), and the use of antiepileptic drugs did not affect the expression of MMP-9/TIMP-1 (P0.05). Conclusion: the imbalance of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in young epileptic patients after seizure may be mainly due to the increased expression of MMP-9, and the level of MMP-9 is positively correlated with the duration of seizure and is not affected by antiepileptic drugs.
