脐血干细胞治疗脑卒中的作用与机制

【摘要】:背景:研究证实,脐血干细胞可以改善脑卒中后神经功能,但脐血干细胞治疗脑卒中的机制尚不清楚。目的:综述脐血干细胞治疗脑卒中的效果与机制。方法:由第一作者应用计算机检索PubMed数据库、中国知网数据库2005年1月至2015年12月的文献,英文检索词为"umbilical cord blood stem cells,stroke",中文检索词为"脐血干细胞,脑卒中"。结果与结论:随着人们不断深入对脐血干细胞神经分化的研究,使得脐血干细胞成为神经系统疾病治疗领域的研究热点。目前,已有一些脑卒中细胞移植的实验性治疗,取得了理想效果。然而,脐血干细胞治疗脑卒中的机制尚不清楚。已知的治疗机制包括重组血管、神经环路等损伤组织结构,分泌各种营养因子,减少内源性细胞凋亡,促进内源性血管和神经再生等。但移植的细胞能否充分填充替代坏死的神经细胞促进神经功能的恢复;这些存活的干细胞是如何建立神经联系的;移植细胞是如何减少宿主细胞的凋亡、坏死,恢复受损细胞功能的仍需进一步探索与发现。
[Abstract]:Background: it has been proved that cord blood stem cells can improve neural function after stroke, but the mechanism of cord blood stem cells in treating stroke is not clear. Objective: to review the effect and mechanism of umbilical cord blood stem cells in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy. Methods: the PubMed database was searched by the first author by computer. The articles from January 2005 to December 2015 were searched with the English and Chinese words of "umbilical cord blood stem cells,stroke" and "Cord blood stem cells, stroke" respectively. Results & conclusion: with the further research on neural differentiation of cord blood stem cells, cord blood stem cells have become a hot spot in the field of treatment of nervous system diseases. At present, there have been some experimental treatment of stroke cell transplantation, and the ideal results have been obtained. However, the mechanism of cord blood stem cells in the treatment of stroke is not clear. Known therapeutic mechanisms include reconstitution of blood vessels, neural loops and other injuried tissue structures, secretion of various nutritional factors, reduction of endogenous cell apoptosis, and promotion of endogenous vascular and neural regeneration. However, whether the transplanted cells can be fully filled with the replacement of necrotic nerve cells to promote the recovery of neural function, and how these surviving stem cells establish neural connections; How to reduce the apoptosis and necrosis of host cells and restore the function of damaged cells still need to be further explored and discovered.
